Free Guest Access for Sponsors and Exhibitors at EuCAP 2025, Sponsored by Wave Up Srl and Pasquali Microwave Systems!
At EuCAP 2025, sponsors and exhibitors have the opportunity to invite delegates to visit the exhibition area on Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference, fostering valuable networking opportunities and creating a vibrant exhibition atmosphere. Sponsors and exhibitors will receive a special link to share with their contacts, enabling invited delegates to register easily for the exhibition.
Additionally, the exhibition will be open to other visitors on these days who email the registration team (registration@eucap2025.org) in advance. These visitors can collect their badges on-site upon arrival.
Invited guests and registered visitors will have access to the exhibition area, where they can enjoy complimentary coffee and lunch, courtesy of our sponsors: Wave Up Srl (www.wave-up.it) and Pasquali Microwave Systems (https://pasqualimicrowavesystems.com).

Exhibition Booths for Startups & Research Organisations
EuCAP 2025 is promoting cross-cooperation between research institutes (including academia) and between SMEs, and it aims at strengthening ongoing relationships between industry and academia and at fostering new ones.
To this aim, EuCAP 2025 will have a pavilion in the exhibition area dedicated for research institutes and academia. To be allocated a slot in this pavilion, sign up under the Academic Price agreement below.
Supporting Startups:
will be available to three startup companies who haven’t traded for more than 2 years. Applications will be processed on a first-come first-served basis.
*All start-up slots are filled. We look forward to accepting new start-up applications for the 2026 year's conference edition.
Academic Price:
Academic and research institutions are entitled to a 50% reduction on the cost of a free space package. If this academic price is applied, the booth will be 2m x 2m.
