Convened Session Proposal Available

This is the first Call for proposals to organize a convened session at the 19th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP 2025) which will be held from March, 30 to April, 04, 2025 in Stockholm, Sweden.

A key element of EuCAP conferences is a number of high-quality convened sessions organized by members of our community like you.

Convened sessions are an excellent opportunity to showcase state-of-the-art engineering and technology ideas for Antennas and Propagation. We highly appreciate proposals looking at novel scientific and research topics with participation from industry and academia.

EuCAP 2025 is now open for proposals which can be submitted to cs@eucap2025.org and must be received no later than June 21, 2024. Please be aware, this is a hard deadline. Notification of acceptance will be sent on July 12, 2024

There will be a maximum of two proposers per session, and they are expected to chair their Convened Session. Please read carefully the instructions about the number of papers, balance between EU and non-EU contributions and industry participation. Moreover, consider the limitation in terms of overview papers (maximum 1 per session) and papers from conveners’ institutions. Detailed guidelines can be found at

Guidelines Convened Sessions

The paper submission and peer review process will be the same as for regular papers, with a strict paper submission deadline by October 18, 2024. It is up to the proposers to explain to the potential speakers that, at this stage, the acceptance of the session cannot be guaranteed.
