First Call for Papers

The 19th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP 2025) will be held from March 30 to April 4, 2025 in the magnificent city of Stockholm, Sweden. The city is built upon many islands and is regarded as one of most beautiful capital cities in the world. Delegates are invited to a World-class congress venue located in the heart of the city centre. Stockholm is well connected with two international airports, a major train station and a port.  Please, visit the Website of the conference, www.eucap2025.org

The Call for Papers is now open. You are invited to submit papers in PDF format with a minimum length of two and a maximum length of five A4 pages. Submit your paper online at www.eucap2025.org/call-papers no later than October 18, 2024.

Papers will be assessed in a single acceptance/rejection review process. It will be possible to revise accepted papers according to the reviewers' comments. Please visit the conference homepage for instructions, the conference topics and application tracks, and the paper template.

Presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® if you choose this option during the submission process. Compliance with the IEEE format and publication standards is mandatory in this case. Please visit the conference homepage for more information.

Firm Deadline
For EuCAP 2025, there will be no extension of the paper deadline; late or updated submissions will not be accommodated after the deadline.
